Technical assessment
We document current sync topology, failure modes you have already seen, and gaps against your stated consistency goals. You receive a written findings memo suitable for engineering prioritisation—not a generic audit checklist.
Advisory sessions
Time-boxed working sessions with your leads to compare broker options, CRDT versus operational transform trade-offs, or mobile offline merge rules. Sessions are billed per agreed duration after inquiry.
Scoped implementation
A bounded engineering engagement—such as hardening a websocket gateway or rewriting a conflict handler—with acceptance criteria defined before work starts. Milestones and fees are confirmed in writing.
None of the above are subscription products. Starting prices are quoted individually once we understand stack and risk.
