Refund and cancellation

Paid consulting

SyncVertex Consulting offers paid technical assessments, advisory sessions, and scoped implementation work. Fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and confirmed in writing before work begins.

The timeframes below are proposed baseline terms pending business confirmation.

Cooling-off (direct marketing)

If you concluded a transaction after responding to direct marketing (including paid search advertising), the Consumer Protection Act provides a cooling-off period of five business days from conclusion of the transaction, subject to statutory exceptions.

Service fee refunds

For consulting fees paid before work starts: full refund if you cancel in writing within five business days of written confirmation and no deliverable work has commenced.

Once an agreed milestone or session has started, fees for that milestone are non-refundable. Deposits apply to the stated milestone and follow the same rule.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Advisory sessions may be rescheduled once with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee if the slot cannot be reasonably refilled.

How to request a refund

Email info@syncvertex.digital or call +27-21-000-0110 with your name, engagement reference, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible within fourteen business days.

No-shows

If you miss a confirmed advisory session without notice, the session fee may still apply.
