What we collect
When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, optional phone number, topic selection, and message text. When you set a cookie preference we store that choice in your browser’s local storage under the key syncvertex-consent-preference.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to prepare proposals and perform contracted consulting work. The lawful basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where relevant, performance of a contract you enter with us.
Cookie preference storage is strictly to remember your choice about non-essential storage as described on the cookie notice.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. You may ask us to delete outdated correspondence earlier where POPIA allows.
Your rights (POPIA sections 11–14, 23–25)
You may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccurate data, object to processing where applicable, and request deletion of records that are no longer necessary. To exercise these rights, email the Information Officer at the address above.
Cross-border transfers
If you contact us from outside South Africa, your message may be processed on systems located in South Africa. We do not sell personal information.
Security
Inquiry submissions are sent to a form handler on the same domain (/api/inquiry) over HTTPS. Access is limited to personnel who need it to respond.

We may update this notice when our processing changes. The current version is published on this page.
